BIOWEINE 
Die Biowelle hat auch vor der Welt des Weins nicht halt gemacht. Allerdings handelt es sich
hier nicht nur um ein Modephänomen, denn erfreulicherweise gibt es Winzer, die den Umweltfragen
vermehrt ihre Aufmerksamkeit schenken - aus Liebe zum Wein, zu den Reben und zum Terroir.
Immer mehr Winzer wagen den Schritt und bieten "natürliche" Weine ,
biologische Weine oder Weine aus biodynamischem Anbau
an ... diese Begriffe beziehen sich jeweils auf verschiedene Methoden des Anbaus, der Reifung
und der Vinifizierung, die manchmal mit einem Gütezeichen ausgezeichnet werden
